How we handle your information

What information does this San Diego site collect?

Team Azizi's San Diego site collects two different things. If you send an enquiry, we receive whatever you typed — usually a name, an email address, a phone number and sometimes a property address. If you only read, we receive anonymous usage data: which pages you looked at, roughly where in the world you are, and how you arrived.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, any of the sensitive categories — no financial account details, no social security number, no health information. If a form on this site ever asks you for one of those, something has gone wrong and we would rather you told us than filled it in.

Session recordings are the part worth being specific about, because people are rightly wary of them. Every field on every enquiry form on this site is masked before recording, so what you type into a form is never captured — the recording shows that a field was filled, not what went into it.

What cookies does this site use, and can you turn them off?

Team Azizi's San Diego site sets analytics cookies and nothing else — no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, and nothing sold or shared with an advertising network. You can turn the analytics off at any time from the cookie preferences link in the footer, and the switch is real: it stops both the analytics and the session recording.

They are on unless you turn them off. California does not require sites to ask permission before setting an analytics cookie, so this site tells you rather than blocking the page behind a consent wall — which we think is the more honest of the two given nothing here is sold to anyone.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this site treats that as a decision and turns analytics off before anything loads. You do not have to click anything, and you will not see the banner.

Who else receives information from this site?

Four companies process data on our behalf for this San Diego site: Google for analytics, Microsoft for session recordings, Formspree for delivering enquiry forms, and Vercel for hosting it. Nobody else receives anything, and we do not sell or share your information with advertisers.

Links on this site to Compass, Zillow, Instagram, Facebook and elsewhere are ordinary links. Following one takes you to a company with its own privacy policy, and we send them nothing about you when you go.

What happens when you give us a phone number in San Diego?

Giving a San Diego agent your phone number on a form means you are asking to be contacted about that enquiry, and the consent box on each form says so. It is not a subscription: asking us to stop, by any means, stops it, and we keep that request on file so nobody on the team calls you again.

The number shown on this site may be a tracking number that forwards to the team, which is how we tell which page produced a call. Calls to it are connected normally.

To be removed from any contact list, email teamazizi@compass.com and say so. No form, no account, and no reason required.

How can you see or delete what a San Diego agent holds about you?

Email us and ask. Anyone who has contacted this San Diego team can ask what we hold about them, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and we will do it — without requiring you to prove that a particular statute entitles you to.

Two honest limits. A real estate brokerage has record keeping obligations, so documents connected to an actual transaction cannot always be deleted on request; and a do-not-contact request is kept precisely so that it keeps working, which means retaining enough to recognize you.

Does this site collect information from children?

No part of this San Diego site is directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child has sent us information through a form, tell us and we will delete it.
